Run strong is a 6-month progressive strength program built specifically for runners!
Run strong includes 3 work out days that include your core workouts, conditioning work, and a short yoga for runners class (perfect for after your Sunday LSD); all designed to compliment your running program.
It includes 2 test weeks (one at the beginning and one at the end) so that you can see how far you’ve come! Because after all; if you cannot measure it, you cannot improve it.
Run Strong is structured so that you can rejoin at the end of the 6months and start again if you wish.
